"...I began a journey with the healing arts in 1999 when I was researching alternative ways to help my husband find a better quality of life during an 18 month battle with cancer. The books I read and the people we met gave such hope that we could imagine a better way. I realize that the healing arts bring people hope when there seems to be none. That inspired the next part of my journey...."

Sandra is a certified Reiki Master Teacher and Rhythm in Wellenss Facilitator. Her experiences in these programs greatly inspired the direction of her artwork over the years. She refrained from exhibiting her artwork as she explored these venues; offering living painting demonstrations as a form of active meditation, teaching the Law of Attraction in the art classroom, helps others find their voice through creative expression. In a time when hope can seem so far away, these programs have brought light into the lives of many people along Sandra's journey.

Now, more than ever, Sandra has a passion for sharing the message of hope, peace and healing through the images that come through on canvas. Her creative process is a message to all...."" It's about the journey, not the destination."

Using mostly primary colors and a very compelling blend of music, movement, layers and texture, Sandra creates canvases that inspire the viewer's imagination and emotional investment. There's something about the images that simply draws a person in without knowing why; it's an experiential blend of arts and healing.
