Abstracts
Sandra's "Meditative Painting Series" are a collection of acrylic abstracts created as part of a meditative experience. These paintings were part of group workshops teaching participants how to meditate while painting. Sandra verbally guides the group in a visual meditation and begins to paint while they are still in meditation. The result is amazing. The paintings are soft, colorful and inspire peace.
